Our
Services
We combine deep sector knowledge with a hands-on, collaborative approach, ensuring that every project is customised to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Our framework integrates research, stakeholder engagement, and practical implementation to create lasting change.
We deliver results and have fun along the way.

Schools
Partnering with schools, we help create more active learning environments. From implementing programs like "Move Well At School" to facilitating the Way2GoProject for active commutes, we drive participation.
Our services extend to auditing current sport/physical activity provisions (with optional reports), assessing carnivals and events for effectiveness, advising on infrastructure enhancements, and offering P&C advisory to align community support with school objectives.

Local Councils
Working with local councils, we provide strategic support for community sport and physical activity. This involves detailed LGA analysis and audits, the creation of programming and action plans, stakeholder engagement via forums and workshops, and identifying opportunities for new infrastructure and improved asset activation.
Our goal is to help councils make informed, forward-thinking decisions that boost participation, make better use of existing spaces, and drive long-term community wellbeing. It’s about creating local solutions with real impact.

Sports Clubs & Associations
Empowering community sports clubs and associations is key to grassroots sport. We achieve this by offering direct administrator and committee advisory services, hosting targeted education workshops to upskill volunteers, and providing practical resources for efficient club management.
We also specialise in helping clubs foster a positive culture and build sustainable pathways for their officials.

Private Sector/Commercial
We work with developers, designers, and commercial partners to embed play and movement into projects, through design advice, activation planning, programming, and coordination.
From large projects to local spaces, we bring insight, expertise, and purpose to make movement part of the experience from day one.
Who we work with

Independent Review & Analysis
Sometimes a fresh perspective makes all the difference. We start by getting a really good handle on your situation – your context, your goals. Then, we ask targeted questions and take a careful look at how things are working.
We're big believers in starting with strengths, and we provide clear, straightforward recommendations. We'll always talk through our findings and potential solutions with you, giving you the clarity needed to decide on your best next move.

Action & Strategic Planning
Translate your vision for community sport and physical activity into achievable results. We collaborate with you to understand your unique goals, challenges, and aspirations for new approaches.
Our strategic planning process involves developing detailed Sport & Physical Activity Plans, informed by insights gained through collaborative Stakeholder Forums, Workshops, and clarifying Systems Maps.
We help you build a robust strategy and an actionable plan to guide your efforts and deliver meaningful impact.

Program Development
We develop tailored programs with clear, measurable outcomes in mind. From choosing the right mix of activities and allocating resources wisely, to using best-practice evaluation methods and sparking new partnerships along the way — we’ve got it covered.
Whether you're starting from scratch or refreshing an existing setup, we’ll help shape a program that’s practical, purposeful, and built to last. Because when the right pieces come together, great things happen.
